Protection against dismissal
In Article 333, al.1, item 3 of the LC is provided, that in the cases under Art. 328, he. 1, points 2, 3, 5 and 11 and Art. 330, he. 2, t. 6 the employer may dismiss an employee only with the prior permission of the labor inspectorate for each individual case, suffering from a disease, defined in an ordinance of the Minister of Health. Oncologists fall under this ordinance.
Rights of patients with reduced working capacity from 50% to 70%

Rights of the patient with reduced working capacity over 95%
- Spa treatment supplement up to 195 BGN. (accompanied by 390 BGN) The aid is received once a year, after presentation of a cost justification document for the performed balneotherapy or rehabilitation services within one month from the final date of their use. The supplement is up to 195 BGN, but not more than the actual cost incurred, according to the submitted documents. Necessary documents: Application statement, ID card, TELK, social assessment, original invoices for the patient and the attendant. They are submitted to the Social Assistance Directorate at a permanent address.
- 2 trips per year (round trip) with BJ. It also applies to the companion.
